Demo bug fix 2

Hi, hi, everyone!

The following bug fixes have been addressed:

1. removed 'Rest' icon from Sealed Button Forest Zone to prevent a softlock

2. prevented intro story events from occurring in the Cave of Time after skipping story intro

Please redownload the demo if you'd like to avoid these bugs! 

Saves transfer over by moving all files in www/save to the new save folder.
